Experience

I’m a survivor-led advocate, Recovery Specialist trainee, and founder of Hustle2Hope—a nonprofit initiative focused on transitional housing, employment, and community healing. My background spans over 15 years across advocacy, customer service, logistics, and operations. I’ve worked in call centers conducting fundraising campaigns by phone, in person, and virtually. I’ve managed office operations in a semi repair shop, led teams in manufacturing, and handled shipping and inventory. I’ve also worked in retail, selling food, paint, and fabric, which strengthened my customer engagement and sales skills. I’m known for my strong communication abilities, quick learning, and deep commitment to helping others navigate complex systems with clarity and compassion.

Education

I’ve completed coursework in Human Services and Criminal Justice through Northcentral Technical College (Oshkosh/Wausau, WI) and Colorado Technical University. While I did not earn a formal degree, my studies focused on advocacy, legal systems, trauma-informed care, and community-based support. I’m currently enrolled in Recovery Specialist training through the WIOA program, which strengthens my ability to support individuals navigating addiction, homelessness, and systemic barriers. My education directly supports my work in survivor-led outreach, legal empowerment, and nonprofit development—giving me the tools to turn lived experience into systems of healing and change
