My name is Amber Douglass and I am currently enrolled in the Esthetician program at Spa Tech institute in Westbrook, Maine. I have a projected graduation date of April 16th 2025. 

With diverse experience in customer service and hospitality, I have developed strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills. I currently work as a Front Desk Associate at Stonehurst Manor, where I manage guest check-ins, provide exceptional customer service, and handle administrative tasks using various software tools. In previous roles, I’ve gained experience in housekeeping for AirBnB properties, ensuring cleanliness and guest satisfaction, and worked as a Delivery Driver at Portland Pie Co., where I maintained an efficient and customer-focused delivery service. Additionally, I have experience as a Cashier/Server at Ruby Food, where I managed take-out orders, maintained cleanliness, and adapted to operational changes during the pandemic.
