I love empowerin, helping, and protecting people. I have dedicated my life in service of others and enjoy assisting people achieve the outcomes they deserve in life and healthcare. 

My background includes direct patient care, care navigation for Medicare recipients, and operational management in both hospital and home care environments.

In my current role as a Health Navigator with Main Street Health, I manage care plans for over 1,000 rural patients, close quality measure gaps, and facilitate access to 24/7 physician support. I am proficient in EMR platforms including Epic, eClinicalWorks, and Athena Collector, and I’ve successfully trained staff on documentation workflows and compliance protocols. My experience also includes administrative leadership, insurance verification, and high-touch patient engagement—all of which align with the responsibilities of this role.

I am passionate about improving healthcare access and outcomes, especially for underserved populations. I thrive in remote environments that require autonomy, empathy, and technical fluency.
