2018 – 2020 – Statewide Mentorship offered to Pediatric Communities for endorsement launch in new regions. Provide statewide supervision, training, and mentorship to healthcare systems and medical providers. Work with university systems to aid field liaisons and program directors in securing internship placements for their master and doctoral students needing zero to three training. 2016-2018 - Board of Directors for Arizona’Board of Directors for Arizona’s Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Coalition Participate in leadership meetings to implement policy changes impacting the statewide AZ IMHE pediatric curriculum. Facilitate regional trainings to connect and recruit candidates for the AZ endorsement.Board of Directors KIT National inclusion program providing mentorship, training and consultation to state and private educational programs serving young children with Autism and other developmental delays. Lead curriculum development sub-committee to implement new screening and assessment. tools used with preschool age children.  2014-2017 -Received Reflective Practice Supervision from Barbara Stroud PhD for Infant Mental Health Endorsement. 2010-2013 – Received supervision and worked on book with Mary Claire Heffron, PhD- worked collaboratively with Mary Claire and Trudy Murch on book: Reflective Supervision and Leadership for Infant and Early Childhood Programs.
