I did not start my career journey in HR, but I could not be more happy to be in the world of People Operations.
I thrive on helping others, paying it forward, and going above and beyond with each and every task. I value learning from others, genuine connections, and hearing about other people's passions and how I can possibly help. I am obsessed with staying organized and making everyone's life easier. Employee Experience & Compliance
- Act as a support resource to employees and managers on a day-to-day basis and answer questions about benefits, company policies, and enrollment
- Ensure employment compliance throughout employment (e.g. PTO, sick leave, payroll)
- Handle and organize the onboarding of new employees
- Administer organizational compliance with federal, state, and local legislation pertaining to all personnel matters
- Lead global policies, including identification of missing policies, updating, and communicating existing policies
- Act as the main contact point for terminations/offboarding process and handling

- Prepare and organize feedback and review processes
- Handle the administrative process of promotions and amendments
Company Culture & Presence
- Plan and direct employee engagement events
- Supervise and oversee the entirety of NYC office functions incl. inventory, budgeting and capacity & health-safety management
People advisory & Liaison
- Serve as employee relations professional, partner with managers, helping with complex situations and providing them guidance and support
Diversity & Inclusion
- Drive awareness and initiatives around diversity, inclusion, and belonging
- Build and implement a system to support an inclusive and diverse community

- Activate the employer brand in internal and external communication to employees and future candidates
