Experience

Throughout my career, I have worked in various positions that have given me a unique perspective and skillset. As a Senior Manager of Product Strategy, I provided oversight with legal and customer experience impacts to ensure compliance for privacy, Verizon phone plans, consumer products, and customer service projects. I also spearheaded research and development activities related to Net Promoter Score and overall Verizon product strategy.
