Active self-learning has been the core of my growth. Two books I keep returning to — The Pyramid Principle and How to Win Friends and Influence People. I taught myself English, French, and Cantonese, entered international sales, and later stepped into data analytics as a self-starter again. This blend of communication and analytical skills helps me build data infrastructures and turn insights into action with business teams.
After five years of cross-border B2B and entrepreneurial B2C experience, I stepped beyond my comfort zone and entered a more challenging commercial environment. What has helped me grow through these challenges is engaging in teamwork, learning how to learn, and maintaining critical thinking.
The proudest moments in my career came at Johnson & Johnson, where I earned three fast-track promotions in a single year while managing a $1.5M market. Equally rewarding was building international B2B partnerships — completing sample collaborations with Italian and U.S. clients within just three months — an accomplishment made possible through close mentorship, cross-department collaboration. Since I turned 18, I've accumulated more experience. All of these experiences have shaped who I am today.
