Experience
I have spent more than 18 years working in creative environments, and my career has been shaped by leading teams, building strong partnerships, and delivering clean, consistent, high-quality creative across digital, social, print, and omni-channel channels. Most of my experience comes from large corporate settings where the volume is high, timelines are tight, and collaboration is essential, and that is where I have always thrived.
At Kohl’s, I served as a Senior Manager of Content and Design, managing a team of nearly 20 creatives including art directors, designers, and a design manager. I handled the day-to-day operations of the team, assigned work, balanced workloads, oversaw timelines, and ensured projects moved smoothly from brief to final delivery. I partnered closely with cross-functional teams, managed stakeholder expectations, and stayed involved in the creative process. One of my favorite parts of that role was mentoring interns and early-career designers and partnering with HR and Early Talent teams to help recruit, onboard, and support new talent.
Before that, I spent almost a decade at Lands’ End, leading email and affiliate design work. I designed and art directed large-scale digital campaigns and partnered closely with junior designers to guide their work. That experience strengthened my digital design foundation as well as my ability to build organized systems, maintain clean file structures, and ensure brand consistency across high-volume deliverables.
