I have worked for Target for 5 years and have been a manager for 4 of those years. In my time with the company my roles have been in driving sales, managing a teams of 10+, optimizing store operations to achieve financial goals, daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow, efficient inventory control and overall keeping the customer happy and making their experience from the moment they walk through the door to the moment they leave the best experience they can have.
