Veteran Readiness and Employment (VR&E), also known as the Chapter 31 program, is a program authorized by Congress under Title 38 of the United States Code. It provides services to eligible Servicememembers and Veterans with service-connected disabilities to help prepare for, obtain and maintain suitable employment or achieve independence in daily living. Additional Chapters authorized by Congress under Title 38 of the United States Code include Chapters 18, 35, and 36. Budgeting and Forecasting Assist the Management and Program Analyst with the division's overtime and travel budget, optimizing compensation time records and driving the preparation of comprehensive budgetary reports for executive leadership.
