Hi, my name is Alexis. I have the passion for solving problems. I have 7 years of customer service and 4 years of technical background in Hardware / Software related issues. My goal is to enhance customers knowledge with the use of their devices.  Followed by ensuring all electronics are up and running to the best of my ability. No problems just solutions ! 

Currently, I'm an Computer Technician of Cell Phone Doctor of 4 years. My duty is to ensure all store devices/ machines are up to par. My position also includes helping customer via phone, text, or email. These situations can be related to trouble shooting , status of work that's being doing on their device , end user education, in addition, to producing laptops for sale.  I enjoy 

I currently have some Microsoft certification along with IC3 Technical background. I have gained experience at the following programs, Year Up NCR, Hope Project, University of District of Columbia Workforce program. Including recognition to the indicted with two honor societies; national Honor Society of Leadership Success and Honor Society of Leadership through University of District of Columbia Staff.
