Alexander Zavala

Hello! My Name in Alexander Zavala. I am a 28-year-old bilingual, former dental assistant and international dentist. I spent half of my life in the US and the other half living in Mexico. I am looking for a full-time remote position that fits my skills and experience. My skills:
-I am currently a dental assistant.
-In total I have more than 2 years of customer service experience in person.
-I am proficient in dental terminology.
-Native to both English and Spanish languages.
-Experienced as a Dentist in Mexico.
-Experienced using Dentrix.

In my current job I help patients receive the best care and attention they can get. I always listen to their chief concerns and try to build a relationship with the patient so that they can feel comfortable being in the dental chair with us and because of my knowledge in the dental field, it is easy for me to answer any questions patients have regarding their scheduled or future treatments.
I feel like I am in the moment of my life where I am ready to jump into the next level and get into a full-time remote position that fits in perfectly with my skills or experience in the dentistry field. I am in search because of my traveling status and the flexibility that a remote job has to offer.
I take all of my responsibilities very seriously. I consider myself a hardworking person who is always committed in giving the best and the most of himself, someone who is quick to pick up on learning something new and someone who enjoys the process of learning. I really like to be efficient and get multiple tasks done at once, and I prefer to do my duties first before relaxing.

I am currently a registered dental assistant with a dental degree from Mexico. i have 1 year and 6 months experience in dental assisting, experience as a dentist and 2 to 3 years of combined Spanish English in person customer service experience. 

I graduated dentistry in 2021 in Tepic, Nayarit Mexico at Universidad Autonoma de Nayarit. I became a registered dental assistant at the start of 2024.
