Alex Walker

I’m a recent graduate from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural and Applied Economics. Throughout my academic and professional journey, I’ve built a strong foundation in financial services, agribusiness, and customer relations. My experience ranges from handling high-volume cash transactions as a bank teller to supporting USDA compliance in food production, and I’m always eager to take on new challenges that allow me to learn and contribute. I’m certified in areas like data analysis and commercial banking, and I value professionalism, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. Whether collaborating with clients, analyzing data, or supporting operations, I strive to bring reliability, integrity, and attention to detail to everything I do.

Alex Walker has a diverse background in banking, retail sales, food processing, and contracting. Most recently, he worked as a Bank Teller at Pinnacle Bank, managing cash transactions, handling loan payments, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. At Academy Sports and Outdoors, he specialized in firearm sales, providing detailed product knowledge and maintaining confidentiality. During his time at Raider Red Meats, he worked on a USDA-regulated sales team, packaging products, supporting inspections, and managing deliveries. Earlier, he gained hands-on experience as a contractor with Walker Contracting, installing cabinetry and interpreting blueprints to meet client specifications. Across all roles, Alex has demonstrated strong customer service, attention to detail, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Alex Walker earned a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural and Applied Economics from Texas Tech University in May 2024. His coursework focused on areas such as data analysis with spreadsheets, agribusiness enterprise management, intermediate macroeconomics, property appraisal, and financial and managerial accounting. This academic foundation provided him with a strong understanding of economic principles, business operations, and quantitative analysis, preparing him for roles in finance, agriculture, and data-driven decision-making.
