Over the past several years, I've held Director of Development roles at two South Florida nonprofits — FLITE Center and Child Rescue Coalition — where I didn't just meet goals, I redefined what was possible. At FLITE Center alone, I helped grow the organization's budget from $6 million to nearly $10 million, raised over $1 million through events, and locked in $1.4 million in housing funding for human trafficking survivors. Before stepping into the nonprofit world, I spent nearly a decade at SRG Technology leading sales strategy and training across multiple industries nationwide.

What sets me apart is the range I bring to the table. I'm equally comfortable building relationships with high-net-worth donors as I am optimizing a CRM system, managing a social media strategy, or stepping in front of a camera for a media interview. I'm bilingual, tech-savvy, and have a knack for finding creative funding channels that others overlook.
