As a Team Service Member at  Cumberland Farms, I play a vital role in ensuring the store operates seamlessly by tackling a variety of tasks. My responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized store environment, handling cash transactions with accuracy, and managing financial processes to ensure smooth operations. I also practice effective time management to balance multiple duties, from restocking shelves to assisting customers promptly. Customer service is at the heart of my role, where I leverage strong communication and problem-solving skills to address customer needs, answer inquiries, and create a welcoming atmosphere, contributing to the overall success of the store.

As a Team Service Member at Cumberland Farms, my first-ever job, I quickly adapted to the fast-paced environment to deliver top-notch service. Despite being new to the workforce, I efficiently learned the ropes of cash handling, store maintenance, and customer service. My ability to pick up tasks like cleaning, restocking, and managing time effectively allowed me to contribute to the store’s smooth operation. With a focus on providing excellent customer experiences, I honed my communication and problem-solving skills, ensuring I meet the needs of both the team and customers with confidence and ease.
