Alec Jeffries

I’ve worked the last year and a half in my current role as Assistant Manager at my local Circle K. So far, this role has taught me valuable lessons in the areas of customer service, documentation organization, management and data entry. My computer skills have been refined most of my life due to developing an interest in them as a child. From building computers to using software, I know the ins and outs of a device and am very comfortable operating one as well as learning new softwares. Currently, I am searching for roles that are better suited for my skill set, like Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant or Entry-Level support roles. 

I’ve seen many roles and learned lots of fundamentals of the work force from them. From customer service roles at Circle K, Earthfare and McDonald’s to Manufacturing roles at Freshmark and Amazon and starting my own NEMT business with MARS & Associates. I’ve gathered many skills over the years to accommodate me in any setting. Office environments are where I find myself the happiest and most productive. 

I’ve graduated from Glenoak Highschool with my Diploma. I studied college credit courses in Computer Apps for Professionals, mainly learning many aspects and features of M.S Office as my choice of study. I have paused my studied at Kent State University, majoring in Finance, I have not completed my bachelors degree.
