Aldo pichardo

Hello, I'm Aldo, I'm 20 years old and I'm currently doing an associate's degree in Integrated media design, meanwhile working at Price Rite marketplace to save up some money. I really enjoy assesing customers inquiries and questions and tackle them as effectively as possible when is needed, if I don't know the right answer, then I'm going to keep looking until I find it. One of my biggest strenghts is that I'm able to close every customer interaction leaving them a feeling of secureness and an easygoing person when it comes to approach me again and ask me for more help.  

I have some experience working hand to hand with customers and handling their inquiries and questions in person. The add up of my experience in fast paced environments and handling customers in person had tought me what it takes to satisfy customer's needs.

I've completed my GED succesfully and now I'm doing an Associate's degree.
