About Alan de la Garza:
I graduated from Robert Vela High School and just about to finish up my first semester at STC. I started taking the gym seriously around last year and came to a realization that it was something I found a passion for. Just this year I started realizing how important it is to fuel the body with the right vitamins and nutrition and noticed positive results doing so. I believe it is important that we strive to encourage living a healthier lifestyle especially in today’s society when all we see when we drive around are fast food restaurants . I’m willing to make sure I make a change in people‘s lives for the better so that way the future will be in tip top shape. I love talking about nutrition, I think it’s something I hold valuable too. I’ll find any way to put it into a conversation as long as I change peoples mindset about the way they fuel themselves.
Experience
I worked at Chick Fil A for around 2 and a half months. I noticed it wasn’t the right work environment for me, serving people with seed oils isn’t something I’m really proud of. I learned valuable lessons their such as trusting other employees and learning to interact with customers.
Education
I received my High School diploma from Robert Vela High School in Edinburg Tx. I currently attend South Texas community college studying Criminal Justice.
