I strive to make the people around me smile, I want to create warm and welcoming environments and places for those under me to smile and feel safe with the work I do. I have always had a deep passion for working in the home building industry and I hope to continue on this adventure!

I have had a few years in the maintenance field, both stemming in and outside of homes. My first ever professional position was at Graepel North America as an apprentice maintenance technician. My primary task was the upkeep of heavy machinery in an industrial setting. Machines included steel presses, Argon gas lasers, welding arms, and metal perforators. I strived to learn as much as I could about each individual piece of equipment that I was in charge of. This developed a strong sense of accountability as if anything would go wrong it would be my job to fix it.

The most recent of my maintenance jobs was a make ready maintenance technician for Edward Rose & Sons Apartments and townhomes. My responsibilities in that position were major as I had strict timelines for the work that could be done. Tasks that I would often do were as follows:

*Carpet Removal

*Light Pluming repairs

*Drywall repair and/or replacement 

*Painting

*Appliance replacement

*House hold electrical work 

*Linoleum Installation

These are just of a few of the tasks that I can complete, I will always pursue new knowledge and skills that come along my path regardless of the field!

I have had a large amount of in field training as well as skills picked up from jobs over time.
