About Adriana Escobar:
Hello, my name is Adriana Escobar and I am interested in being a part of the first state bank team. I was working with the school district for about four years and prior to that I was working at Sage Family Medicine for Dr. White and Dr. Uptergrove assistantlong whatever is needing for procedures, faxing lab work, checking insurances, and referring specialists, confirming appointments my job at the school district was the parent liaison I’ve always been great with communicating with my parents, co workers, students and meeting the needs of our parents. Making their life a little easier with help keeping up with what’s going on through the weeks, communication making them and their teachers, home visits for low attendance or not meeting their academics goals. Making our parents/ customers feel welcomed and appreciated and comfortable so they come back to me again with any questions they may have. I am a fast learner. I am eager to know everything from the bottom up, not afraid to ask any questions, loyal to my coworkers and willing to work as a team to get the job done. Make sure every day is a good start for the following morning. With the experience handling money, I would say a good 2 1/2 years. I will always make sure I have a smile on my face and greet everyone who walks in to the doors as if I was the customer, and I wanted to feel welcomed and trust the people who are working with my financial needs and future goals in life for my family and especially my children, please reach out to me if you have any other questions about me I would love to be a part of your team. Thank you.
Experience
I definitely gained professional experience with both of my past jobs working at front office answering phone calls, emails, faxing lab work, having to take the lab work to the hospital filling out paperwork for each patient keeping up with their charts, communicating with others and each other, home visits, and explaining to whoever were the caregivers, how could I help their children and their attendance needs.
I will always make sure that everyone leaves happy with their visit and being able to control a situation where either the patient a customer. Customers always come first. And if I don’t know the answer, I will make sure I find out.
Education
My relevant education was high school diploma and Concorde career College for medical assistant/phlebotomist.
