  • Project manager managing a team of three conducting a healthcare feasibility study within Hong Kong for an ASEAN healthcare provider conglomerate. Involved macroeconomic assessment, competitor and consumer profiling, market sizing and strategic recommendations. 
  • JAKARTA, INDONESIA Project Placement: Managed a team of two analysts to conduct a market feasibility study regarding pathology testing in Indonesia, as part of a joint venture consulting project between a billion-dollar Indonesian entity and a top Australian healthcare provider. Perform project management tasks including project planning, execution and stakeholder management. Conducted primary interviews and secondary analysis.
