     I am interested in the Technical Sales Specialist - Chicago position, and am able to start immediately.  I love to learn, and am a fast learner.  As someone who is ready to get their feet on the ground, I'm confident that my education and experience will enable me to do a good job and keep me hungry to learn more. 

     I received an associate’s degree in networking technologies and a bachelor's degree in computer science.  This dual education in both hardware and software has kept me well versed in understanding I.T. at a deeper level.  Within the past couple of years, I managed to achieve my CCNP Enterprise (ENCOR and ENARSI), DevNet Associate, Security +, Linux +, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, and A+ certifications.  Staying current and knowledgeable with technologies is a passion of mine. 

     I'm familiar with working in team and sales environments.  In a few of my previous jobs I have worked with ticketing systems where calls were escalated based on the severity, and I cold called companies and explained to them the product line of our company’s portfolio. I’ve dealt with customer complaints and had to multitask with various departments in order for the tickets to be terminated.  All of this tested me on a daily basis. These tasks taught me how to work under pressure, work with other people, work independently, improve my communication and critical thinking, and trust my knowledge and experience.  This also taught me how to be creative and inventive in new approaches with clients.  Fast forward up until now, I've been diving deeper into Cisco technologies.  From Wi-Fi to SD-WAN, to Meraki and Automation, I have become knowledgeable in various domains.    Through the certification process I have gathered lots of experience working with network monitoring tools, various protocols, and troubleshooting.  I lab every day and have gained hands on experience working with various technologies, and I aim to get better and faster with a deeper understanding of the OSI model and network layers.  I’m also an active member of the Cisco Learning Network which keeps me connected to continuous learning. 

     I am the perfect candidate for this position.  I come from a sales and marketing background, and have worked in tech start-up companies that have all had a big passion for knowledge and growth. I excel at sales and have hit my daily, weekly, and quarterly goals consistently.  Through my experience, I’ve learned how to work well under stress and with people.  My years of technical experience, sales experience, and customer service experience work well for this position as a Technical Sales Specialist - Chicago.   Please reach out and schedule an interview, I promise you won't be disappointed!
