I’ve worked in a number of customer service oriented roles over the past ten years, such as performing over-the-phone technical support for Apple hardware and software, sales and in-person technical support at Apple, Inc, and most recently, providing white glove customer service at Apex Service Partners for customers seeking HVAC, electrical and plumbing home services.

I am currently in college en route to finish my Associate’s Degree, with plans to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Cybersecurity, along with certifications in I.T..
