I have a diverse background in customer service, production planning, and installation services. Currently, I work as an Associate Claims Representative at Auto-Owners Insurance, where I manage claims for over 200 clients, investigate coverage, evaluate losses, and handle an average of 50 calls daily. Previously, as a Production Planning Intern at Siemens, I coordinated monthly orders worth over $4 million and supported the planning team while stepping in on the production floor when needed. Additionally, I worked as a Gutter Installation Specialist at Sureflow Gutters, where I installed and maintained gutters for residential and commercial properties, assisted with marketing efforts, and helped drive sales through promotional activities.

I graduated from Clemson University in December 2023 with a degree in Business Management, specializing in Supply Chain.
