My career began in sales, where I developed a comprehensive understanding of the importance of the customer experience and product configuration. After several years, I transitioned to a consultant role where I  work extensively with Medicare compliance, analytics and reporting, provider networking/credentialing, and government programs operations. My current role is to identify areas of non-compliance and inefficiencies, and to create new operational processes or solutions to ensure stakeholders are meeting their regulatory and customer based obligations.

I received Bachelors of Public Policy and Administration from James Madison Universit.
