Aaron J. Hobbs is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in education, business operations, and program management. With a Doctorate in Business Administration and a track record of success in academic leadership, he has excelled in roles such as Dean of Education at Stevens-Henager College, where he improved student retention, graduation rates, and course completion through strategic planning and innovative program development. Under his leadership, the college achieved exemplary accreditation results and enhanced faculty engagement.

Aaron also served as Dean of the School of Business, where he reduced dropout rates and developed an SHRM-approved Bachelor's degree program. As an instructor, he connected academic concepts with real-world applications to engage students effectively.

In business, Aaron founded Hobbs Solutions, advising startups on technology implementation and operational strategy. As Vice President and General Manager at GR Construction, he led multimillion-dollar projects for high-profile clients like Walmart and Target, delivering cost-saving results through efficient contract negotiations.

Earlier roles, including Electronics Technician in the U.S. Navy and Engineering Department Manager at Toshiba, highlight his diverse technical expertise. Aaron's dedication to empowering teams, fostering innovation, and achieving operational excellence defines his impactful career.
