For a great company in Forest Grove, OR, we are currently looking for several full-time customer service representatives.

Your responsibilities:

Providing support and advice to visitors and exhibitors of international trade fairs via phone, email, and web chat
Assisting with ticket orders, cancellations, registration of trade fair visitors, and support in online ordering systems for exhibitors
Reserving tours and providing information about various offerings on behalf of a World Heritage site

Your profile:

Excellent communication skills
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
Good knowledge of MS Office
Experience working with a computer
Independent work ethic
