The Role:


We are looking for a driven and experienced Director of Product Operations to join our Technology & Product organization to drive operational rigor and excellence across our organization.

Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, designers, business teams, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will be instrumental in refining our product lifecycle, enhancing operational efficiency, and, ultimately, propelling growth and customer satisfaction.

As a passionate expert, you will set the standard high, emphasizing expertise in the product development lifecycle, data analysis, communication, and operational intricacies crucial for crafting top-tier products for our esteemed Brand and 3PL customers.


This hybrid position offers the flexibility to be based out of either our El Segundo, CA, or Sandy, UT offices.

It combines dedicated office time each week, fostering strong team connections and active engagement in our company's culture and values, with remote work flexibility, enabling you to strike the optimal work-life balance.

What You Will Do:


Operational Excellence

  • Develop and implement scalable processes and systems to streamline product operations and workflow.
  • Identify and remove roadblocks and bottlenecks in the product development process. Manage and optimize product tools and resources to ensure team efficiency.
  • Coordinate product beta launches, including planning, scheduling, feedback loops and execution.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and operations. Implement strategies to proactively address potential issues and challenges.

Data Analysis Excellence

  • Analyze product performance metrics and provide datadriven insights and decision making for continuous improvement.
  • Collect, monitor, and report on product usage, customer feedback, and market trends.
  • Identify key product performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress towards achieving product and business goals.
  • Present data insights and recommend strategic actions to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Help product teams understand product and business insights and design scaled processes that let teams hear and dive into the voice of the customer.

Team Collaboration and Monitoring

  • Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams (business, sales, product, engineering, design, marketing, sales) to achieve shared goals.
  • Communicate product progress and insights clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Foster a culture of datadriven decision making and continuous improvement within the Technology & Product organization.
  • Work closely with product, engineering, design, business and marketing teams to track metrics and ensure goals and OKRs are met.
  • Liaison with Product Management, Product Marketing, Customer Support and other departments to ensure product enablement success.

You Are/Have:


  • 10+ years of experience in a product operations role or related field (e.g., product management, program management, operations).
  • Strong understanding of data analysis and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and lifecycle.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Experience managing and optimizing product tools and resources.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, computer science, or engineering, is preferred.

  • Strong passion for delivering customercentric outcomes.
  • Experience with Product-Led Growth (PLG) methodologies and practices.
  • Experience working in a fastpaced, agile environment in a highgrowth tech company.
  • Experience developing and implementing OKRs methodology to drive team alignment and performance improvement.
