Description
*We are looking for**Employees in Travel Management part-time (m/f/d)* and
*Employees for Customer Service in the Mobile Service Team (m/f/d).

*Starting immediately and limited until* we are looking for you as an *Employee in Travel Management (m/f/d) part-time (29 hours/week)* for a deployment at DB Station&Service AG through DB Zeitarbeit GmbH *at the location Cologne*.

*Your tasks:
  • In your role, you represent Deutsche Bahn at the train station and ensure customer satisfaction
  • You are responsible for managing the flow of passengers within the train station, as well as to/from the bus (bus stop)
  • You support passengers with limited mobility on the platform and assist passengers with loading bicycles, strollers, and luggage
  • You are also responsible for distributing passengers to doors and multi-purpose areas, and provide assistance for boarding and disembarking when needed
  • Additionally, you are responsible for providing information and assistance to passengers and bicycle customers at the train station and on the platform
*Your profile:
  • We can assume that you have good German language skills, English language skills are desirable
  • You have a confident and friendly demeanor, and are attentive and customer-oriented
  • Willingness to work shifts, nights, and weekends, primarily on weekends and holidays
