Responsibilities

Management of the Windows domain, user accounts, and group policies
User helpdesk via phone, remote, or on-site / support for users (2nd level support)
Analysis and resolution of disruptions in the IT infrastructure, including monitoring
Administration and installation of clients and peripheral devices
Management of the IT and communication system, including end devices and advanced communication solutions
Procurement and management of IT equipment
Planning, expansion, and operation of our system landscape (e.g. virtualization, backup, monitoring, internet connections, VPN)
