About us:

Kempner is a training and employment company with around 190 employees at two locations, providing qualifications for approximately 500 apprentices and program participants in 26 different professions. To achieve this, Kempner operates several craft training workshops, an agricultural production company, gastronomy, and several retail outlets.

To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a full-time

IT System Electronics Technician or Master / Technician as a Trainer (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

Technical supervision and coordination of projects in the workshop with a special focus on our apprentices and program participants
Conducting practical and theoretical training in the above-mentioned field
Supporting the development and implementation of existing and new training concepts and digital learning arrangements
Application of digital teaching and learning methods
Training socially disadvantaged young people
1st and 2nd level support
Management of internal IT infrastructure and central IT components
Monitoring of the entire IT system environment
Creation and maintenance of task-specific technical documentation
Ensuring quality and safety standards
