To expand and strengthen our team at the Trollenhagen location, we are looking for a

Sales Support Specialist (m/f/d)
Full-time or part-time with a minimum of 30 hours/week

What are the responsibilities?

  • Preparing quotes and coordinating their processing
  • Central link between our field sales, customers, and internal departments at the factory
  • Coordination of internal and external processes in project processing and tracking
  • Scheduling customer needs in consultation with customers and production
  • Coordination of deliveries with our logistics department
  • Creating invoices
  • Order post-processing (e.g. complaints)

What should you bring?

  • Completed commercial training and a good technical understanding
  • Proficient in using PC and MS Office applications
  • Experience and knowledge in working with ERP/CRM programs (e.g. SAP)
  • Experience in foreign trade is
