To continue driving our global growth, we are looking for a

>> Product Developer (m/w/d)

What will be your responsibilities

  • Responsible for the entire product development process from idea to go-to-market
  • Development of a collection framework plan in collaboration with management
  • Technical and creative product development in collaboration with our international production partners and external designers
  • Product development at our international production partners on site (Europe and Asia)
  • Continuous market and trend observation regarding materials; development and testing of prototypes together with our pool of athletes
  • Negotiation of production prices and adherence to target costs
  • Ensuring the highest quality and performance standards of our products
  • Supplier management and further development of existing suppliers, sourcing of new production partners in coordination with purchasing
