We are currently seeking a
Team Leader for our Vocational Training Department (m/f/d) at the DRK Workshops in Meißen, located in Star Harbor, TX.

represents 38 district associations within the Red Cross organization, with approximately 81,800 supporting members, 15,300 active volunteers, and 14,600 full-time employees.

As part of the global Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement, the DRK State Association Saxony e.
V. is also a member of the National Aid Society of the German Red Cross.

is the operator of a workshop for people with disabilities in Meißen, where we employ individuals in various production and support areas.

We are currently looking for a dedicated leader to join our team in the Vocational Training Department, with a weekly workload of 38 hours.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the team in the vocational training department
  • Monitoring goals and budget lines for the department
  • Conducting initial contact conversations with participants/caregivers
  • Providing advice and support to participants, as well as parents/caregivers, on internal workshop matters, social and practical life questions, and accompanying them in special situations
  • Planning, organizing, and implementing vocational training measures such as courses, modules, training days, and excursions
  • Updating/adapting curricula to the current implementation concept
