Inside Sales Representative for International Markets

What do you bring to the job?

  • We believe the best qualifications for this position include a technical education and additional commercial qualifications, but we are open to being convinced by candidates with a different background.
  • You have practical experience in technical sales and are familiar with the tasks and processes involved.
  • You are structured, independent, and detail-oriented in your work.
  • You have knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English, ideally also in French.

What will you be doing all day?

  • You will be responsible for traditional administrative tasks such as inquiries, quotes, and order processing, as well as assisting with the organization and follow-up of trade shows.
  • You will manage and monitor import and export procedures.
  • You will support our sales team with all administrative tasks.
  • You will maintain communication with our customers, for example regarding technical issues, scheduling, or collections.
