Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team.

As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

Assist with various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations
Conduct initial screenings of applicants
Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding process
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS system
Support HR team in organizing training programs and employee development initiatives
Assist with performance management processes
Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
Assist with change management initiatives
Support organization design efforts

Skills:

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in data entry and record keeping
Knowledge of human capital management principles and practices
Experience with talent acquisition tools such as iCIMS or similar ATS platforms
Familiarity with benefits administration processes
Understanding of organization design principles
