The virtual telephone assistant platform developed by VITAS in the form of software as a service is already providing relief for several hundred clients in the healthcare, administration, and business sectors through the automation of calls and efficient call management using artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities:
- You continuously build a strong sales pipeline. You work closely with the Business Development Representatives, but also take the initiative to generate new prospects.
- You identify the pain points of our clients to develop customized solutions and offers.
- You guide our clients through the contract process. In addition to your fixed salary, you will also receive performancebased commissions.
- Effective stakeholder management is part of your daily tasks. This includes coordination with internal departments such as data protection and purchasing, joint process design, development and implementation of a roadmap, and piloting at various client locations.
- You work closely with your team and other departments to align your sales strategy with our company goals.
- You continuously monitor the market and competition to identify opportunities and challenges.
- You carefully maintain all data in our CRM system to analyze our sales processes and business and make forecasts.
