Flexible working hours and trust-based working time, but the result counts and 40 hours should be enough.

In Krefeld we have a pool table and a foosball table. In Braunschweig two foosball tables. In Bremen a McDonald's and other restaurants nearby, and in Dortmund a Chinese restaurant in the hallway :-). Our apprentices also rotate between the locations.
