HelloFresh is looking for a Chief Operating Officer to join our team in Pond Creek, OK. Our mission is to revolutionize the way people eat by providing high-quality food and recipes for all meal occasions.

About the role:


As the Chief Operating Officer, you will lead our operations in the DACH region, driving improvements and building strategic capabilities.

This includes overseeing our supply chain, fulfillment operations, and cross-functional teams.

You will manage a team in our Berlin headquarters and fulfillment and logistics sites, promoting a strong culture and collaboration.


Reporting to the DACH Managing Director and working closely with the International COO and Ops SVPs, this role is perfect for a senior operational leader looking to make a significant impact.

You will also be part of the DACH Senior Leadership Team, responsible for strategy and management governance.
