Your tasks:
Professional and disciplinary management of up to 5 employees at three locations in Germany Support and advice for executives and employees on all questions regarding payroll accounting as well as tax and social security issues Ensuring proper and timely payroll processing through our external service provider and monitoring the interface to financial accounting Creating monthly evaluations, statistics and key figures Processing / ensuring of certification and reporting as well as correspondence with social security institutions, health insurance companies and authorities Taking on HR projects Optimization and further development of HR processes and systems Your profile: Relevant completed studies or comparable commercial training with several years of professional experience in a similar "role" High level of empathy and reliability as well as solution-oriented thinking and pragmatic action Analytical skills with a good understanding of numbers Good knowledge in the field of payroll accounting, income tax and social security as well as company pension schemes Communication and persuasion skills as well as enthusiasm Conscientious, independent and structured way of working Secure handling of the MS Office package, especially Excel SAP knowledge is
