As one of the most successful and innovative personnel service companies in Germany, we are currently seeking several customer service representatives (m/f/d) for our renowned client in Magdeburg (city center) for their E-Bike service.

This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. A career change is also possible.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical advice to E-Bike dealers and end customers, as well as categorizing and documenting conversations.
  • Managing social media channels.
  • Recording pickup orders in a customer database.
  • Categorizing and documenting conversations.

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed vocational training.
  • Reliable and responsible.
  • Experience in the E-Bike/bicycle industry.
  • Good computer skills, familiar with smartphones, tablets, and navigation devices.
