About the role:

Responsibilities:

Prepare various reports including but not limited to daily cash reports, stock repurchase reports, and trueup reports
Initiate electronic payments, process stop payments, and process positive pay decisioning
Oversee the shortterm investment portfolio
Review and analyze bank fees
Assist with FX trades and funding accounts in foreign countries
Administer the Enova Corporate Cards function
Assist with the annual Insurance renewal
Assist with quarterly SOX compliance review and annual FBAR filing
Manage Bank Portal administration by ensuring signers and access is current and documented properly
Assists with ad hoc requests as needed

Requirements:

An undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
2+ years of prior Corporate Treasury and/or Banking experience
Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Proficiency in Kyriba a plus
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work closely with crossfunctional teams
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fastpaced environment
Work with little supervision, maintain high productivity, meet deadlines for key deliverables
