Your responsibilities:
- Administrative and commercial office management
- Coordination of appointments
- General administrative support for our project managers
- Preparation and participation in planning and construction meetings, as well as creating protocols
- Contract management
- Support of the project team in organizing and coordinating procurement and comparison
- Research and information gathering
- Ensuring a complete project documentation
- Tracking processes, tasks, and followups
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training
- Experience in the real estate industry is desirable
- Excellent written and spoken German skills
- Proficient in using the internet and MS Office package
- Willingness to learn and take on responsibility
- Quick comprehension, excellent communication skills, and strong team spirit are among your strengths
- Customer service and flexibility round off your profile
