Job Description

As Assistant Department Manager (m/f/d) for sales in the inside sales department, you are an important part of the largest sales team in our industry.

Together with your team, you are responsible for increasing customer loyalty and acquiring new customers. Through your support and representation, you support the department management.

Representation: You represent the department management in their absence and support them in their tasks, such as coaching and training employees.

Telephone customer service: Friendly, knowledgeable, and customer-oriented - you are responsible for all customers in your area in telephone support (inbound and outbound).
