- Review Operational SLA's to ensure the repossession team is meeting or exceeding goals.
- Review call logs and repossession order queues.
- Meet weekly or quarterly with repossession customers to review scorecards.
- Help to maintain a professional working atmosphere among team members.
- Ensure ACERTUS policies are followed.
- Manage customer service escalations from clients, repossession agents and impound yards.
- Ensure that there is adequate coverage on the floor to maintain Client SLA's.
- All other duties as assigned by management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading small teams
- Associate degree or equivalent office work experience
- Minimum of 2 years Repossession or Impound experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, and other general office equipment.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to map out processes to gain efficiency.
- Ability to analyze data and make decisions.
- Organized thinker with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively organize, prioritize work as well as multi-task.
- Knowledge of the Repossession and or Impound process.
- Create and implement employee corrective goal planning.
- Ability to schedule employee time to maintain effective coverage.

As a Repossession Manager, you will work with the Director of Repossession by leading a team of Repossession Specialists to ensure the team meets or exceeds their individual and group goals.
Schedule: Monday-Friday (8am -5pm)
Pay: $70,000 - $95,000/yr. Based on Experience
