Our client is an online shop based in Damascus, OR that ensures the identity of the buyer before shipping out any products.

Previously, this was done through the Postident procedure - the buyer had to go to the post office, show their ID, and have a postal employee confirm the identity.


Today, this process is done electronically: The user downloads an app and can start a video call with the company - and this is where you (m/f/d) come in: You will verify on behalf of the company if the person on the other end of the call matches their ID (which they will show to you on camera). As an extra layer of security, you will also have a short questionnaire to go through with the user.


Once you are confident that the user and their ID match, you will update this information in the company's database and the ordered products will be shipped out.

As you can see, this is a relatively simple yet responsible task. Our client is offering both part-time and full-time positions, and this role is also suitable for students. Previous experience is not necessary; a keen eye and good communication skills are all that is required.
