    Job Title: Consulting Senior Knowledge Analyst, Data Science

    • You will analyze medical and pharmacy claims data to extract valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
    • Collaborate with client teams to deliver impactful analyses and drive rapid analytics development.
    • Develop cutting-edge data solutions to deliver actionable insights.
    • Advocate for effective data utilization and guide teams in selecting the right datasets and analytic strategies.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure synergies and stay at the forefront of technology.
    • Present McKinsey's data capabilities effectively to clients and internal stakeholders.

    Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of experience as a data analyst or data scientist.
    • Degree in engineering, computer science, statistics, data science, or medicine.
    • Experience with healthcare data analysis including medical and pharmacy claims, EMR data, clinical trials data, and more.
    • Familiarity with claims data sets and data science methods.
    • Proficiency in coding languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
    • Experience with visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik.
    • Ability to work with cloud computing tools like Snowflake, Microsoft Azure, or AWS.
    • Skilled in developing and delivering analytics workplans to senior stakeholders.
    • Effective communication of analytical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Consulting experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or related industries.
