Description

The Pre-Registered Dietitian position is responsible for the completion of comprehensive initial and annual nutritional assessments and follow up progress notes, consults, high-risk referral, team conference, and education groups.

Interprets, develops and implements modified diet prescription. Calculation and developing individualized meal plans incorporating patient's prescription, allergies and intolerances.

Working Conditions

Patton is a forensic psychiatric hospital and was established in 1890 and opened in 1893. DSH-Patton provides treatment to forensically and civilly committed patients within a secure treatment area. The hospital does not accept voluntary admissions.
