YOUR TASKS:
- Entering, monitoring and plausibility checking of delivery calls/orders
- Telephone and written customer support
- Monitoring of deadlines
- Notification of sea, air and truck shipments as well as special trips
- Creation of national and international delivery documents in the ERP system according to delivery allocation and handover to the logistics center
- Invoicing, invoice verification and, if necessary, price corrections
- Creation of customs documents in coordination with the customs officer
- Processing of customer and freight forwarding internet portals according to requirements
- Checking incoming freight forwarding invoices for formal and material correctness
- Calculation of tool costs
- Various support tasks for the key account managers
- Maintenance, input and recording of data/orders in the ERP system
YOUR PROFILE:
- Successfully completed commercial training
- First experience in a similar position
- Fluent in Azle
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Independent and structured way of working
- Strong communication skills
- Team player
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and processes
- High level of reliability and accuracy
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Flexibility and willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
