We are looking for a full-time IT Service Specialist (m/f/d) and system administrator for our location in Hamburg City Nord.

Responsibilities:

Provide IT services and support to internal and external customers
Manage and maintain IT systems and infrastructure
Implement and optimize digital processes related to "building" and "financing"
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement IT solutions
Stay uptodate with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:

Degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
Experience in IT service management and system administration
Knowledge of digital processes and solutions related to "building" and "financing"
Strong problemsolving and communication skills
Motivated and able to work in a team environment
